URBAN MANUFACTURING'S WORKFORCE
Urban Manufacturing maintains a continuous apprenticeship program, with two machinists working toward the status of journeymen at all times.
In addition, Urban Manufacturing employees also receive formal training in engineering, manufacturing and inspection processes and critical areas as needed:
