We understand that your material specifications are critical design elements. Our ability to work with these materials is critical to the success of your part or component. Urban Manufacturing routinely holds tolerances up to 0.0005” and tighter.
Our manufacturing engineers and journeymen machinists have experience working with hard-to-machine materials, and we live to solve challenging manufacturing issues. We machine production-volume components made from materials with machinability ratings of 20% and below.
Consistency is everything. We control material identity throughout the production process using our Innov X-System’s alloy X-ray analyzer.

6 FULL TIME LAB TECHS. Our lab is fitted with state-of-the-art measuring equipment capable of measuring at a sub-micron level including five CMMs, three vision systems, and a XRF for verification of raw materials. Records are traceable throughout the entire process.
