When Alex Urbanchek founded Urban Manufacturing in 1978, he knew his company’s future success would not lie on his shoulders alone. He believes that “good help around you builds a company.”

Urban Manufacturing's workforce

Urban Manufacturing maintains a continuous apprenticeship program, with two machinists working toward the status of journeymen at all times.
